Do you accept health insurance?
Dr. Harding does not accept any forms of insurance but does provide the necessary diagnosis and procedure codes to submit to your insurance for an out of network claim. She recommends you call your insurance agent and ask if they accept out of network claims, and if they do, what percentage they would cover.
You will be responsible for submitting any and all claims to your insurance company, as she does not have any contracts with insurance providers.

Medical issues requiring follow up are addressed via phone or telemedicine consultation, and are billed based on time. Dr. Harding does her best to schedule all acute issues within one to two days of contacting her office.
How do I make the most out of my visit?
Dr. Harding asks that you always have an up to date list of your medications and supplements present during each visit. She also requests you have a list of past medical procedures and past test results on hand. She also recommends you prepare a list of questions/topics/concerns for her prior to your consultation.
You may also want to have available any items you need to take notes during the session. Having an adult family member with you who is a support to your healing process is encouraged.
Dr. Harding requires that you are in a quiet and private place during phone/telemedicine visits, with the ability to take down any notes or recommendations.
